Afghan women face immense challenges in accessing education, employment, and economic opportunities due to socio-political instability, restrictive policies, and cultural norms. OCTA Afghanistan aims to tackle these barriers by launching an online training program designed to empower 200 Afghan women with valuable digital skills. This initiative will equip participants to start sustainable online businesses, enabling them to achieve financial independence and resilience in a rapidly digitalizing world.
